The 328-page catalogue acts as a guide and record of the 12-week programme of exhibitions and events, curated by Inti Guerrero, that took place at various locations across Limerick city from 14 April to 8 July 2018.

Inti Guerrero’s curatorial essay 'The Thirty-Eighth and the Eighth'; a section titled ‘On Dams’ that includes: Joan Didion’s essay ‘At the Damn'; a short history of dams; an essay by Sorcha O’Brien titled ‘You Don’t Know What You’ve Got ‘Til It’s Gone: Infrastructure, National Identity, Technology and Modernity’; a section titled ‘Paddy and Mr Punch’ including cartoons from 1800s satirical magazine Punch; a section titled ‘On Power and the Body’ including ‘A Timeline: from the Magdelene Laundries to the Repeal of the Eighth Amendment’; and an essay by Emer O’Toole titled ‘I wish Ann Lovett Were Out Buying a Swimsuit for Lanzarote’.
