Young EVA Audio Collective

The Young EVA Audio Collective, is a collective of teenage students who will work together with facilitators to develop sound recordings from their visit to the 38th edition of EVA International . They will transform their recordings into a creatively compiled and edited sound collage. The Young EVA Audio Collective is made possible with the support of EI Electronics.  

 

Young EVA Primary School Workshops

The School Workshops will explore the themes of the exhibition with students, to create their own artworks focusing on the theme of kinetic energy. The scheduled workshops last for ninety minutes,  with a suggested suitability of 2nd-6th class students.

Young EVA Secondary School Tours

The Junior Certificate guided tours will explore the exhibition to gain an understanding on what is involved in the curation of an exhibition. Students will be invited to respond to the exhibition through a practical task. This will link in with the curriculum and students will be encouraged to engage with and focus on primary sources. Leaving Certificate guided tours will focus on the gallery question within the Art Appreciation section of the Art History Leaving Certificate Paper. The scheduled tours last for ninety minutes, with a suggested suitability of 1st, 2nd and 5th year students.
